The Best of Both Worlds: Local Care and Big-Company Reliability After trying several different companies, we finally found exactly what we were looking for with RightWay. They are locally owned and provide the personal attention you hope for from a local business, while delivering the reliability, organization, and level of care you would expect from a much larger company. We especially appreciate their integrated approach. RightWay handles our pest control, termite protection, and lawn treatments, giving us one company and one point of accountability for service, scheduling, and billing. It is so much easier than coordinating with multiple unrelated providers. The national companies we previously used often felt impersonal and seemed to rotate employees constantly. We genuinely wanted to support smaller local companies, but the ones we tried could not consistently provide the reliable service we needed, and we still had to use different companies for different services. With RightWay, we always have the same interior pest-control technician, Mark. Having a different person enter our home every visit had made us somewhat uncomfortable in the past, so that consistency means a great deal to us. Mark is an absolute professional: knowledgeable, kind, courteous, and respectful of our home. He is someone we sincerely look forward to catching up with whenever our quarterly service rolls around. RightWay has managed to combine the best qualities of a locally owned business with the consistency and capabilities of a much larger organization. We could not be happier that we found them.
