The owner of this shop is a Great Man. Ricker Auto is hands down the best place to go for auto repairs! The team is friendly, honest, and truly cares about their customers. Fixing my work van was quick and stress-free, fast, and trustworthy. Highly recommend!
Very trustworthy and does impeccable work. Had motor mounts, brakes and drums in need of replacement. My car was a mess. I was able to drop off vehicle outside of operating hours on Friday, and Ahmad stayed a few minutes after closing so I could pick up Monday. My 2012 Honda Civic has never driven so smoothly. Definitely will be a repeat customer and understand why my sister recommended this shop. Ahmad is very professional, patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend his shop!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! I paid to have my front brakes and rotors done. In one week my car began to grind. I called Ahmed informed him about the situation. He told me to bring back in so they could check it. After a few attempts of keeping coming but they are so busy they finally looked at it. The mechanic took the tires off and stated it was a lot of dust that’s why it is grinding. I’m no mechanic but it didn’t make sense so I still go wash car and tires. Car still continue to grind. So call Ahmed again he states I need to bring the car in so they can take a whole day to look the car. When I called back to try schedule a day to drop off my car rude staff informs me he is not in or stepped out. So I go up there at this point it’s me, Ahmed, and two other customers. Explain to again about my situation. He states he needs a whole day I told him I understand I need to know what day will be good because they are so busy. He began to get rude and loud and say “thank God we are busy” I replied ok that’s good but my problem. Then he gets rude again says “So you telling me if I drive this car around the brakes are going to grind?” I said yes he gets loud ask me for my keys I told him I’ll drive so he can see what I’m talking about. We walk out the door he hits on shoulders really hard turn around and told me to have a nice day. At this point I get upset because I have been nice and calm about the situation for months. One is very disrespectful to put your hands on a woman. Two very inconsiderate I explained to you I need the problem fixed for the safety of child and I. Very unprofessional how he caught an attitude and got loud with me when I’m the paying customer who did not get upset until I was touched. This place should be shut down one I don’t believe the mechanic are certified. I only went there because of a word of mouth but they are always acting up so I should have pay attention to that. But don’t be another victim please spend your money to a more legit place that really care about people and not scam people out there money with poor service.
Stay away. After receiving a quote they added $150 additional. When I asked why the owner went on a profanity filled tirade. Stay away !
Had a great experience speaking to Mr. Thompson very nice, professional and very resourceful.
