RICHARD Automotive is the place you want to be for all your Cadillac and GM needs. Richard Automotive gave a fair price and did excellent work. Will not hesitate to visit his establishment again if I were to have any problems with my Caddy!

Hi everyone I went to this guy name Richard and I talked to him about my car that is having an issue with AC and I also informed him that the compressor is not working so when I visited him and he explained that it would cost 625$ to get a new compressor and I agreed and he said the tire bearings are lost and he suggested me that to change the tire, but I never approved about the tire after the work for ac compressor is done, I went there and looked at the bill he gave me a bill of 881.50$ and when I asked how 625$ changed to 881.50$ he started to make racist comments and started shouting without even listening to us and he claims he had a excellent business and he don't care about us and this guy change the tire and claims that he has right and can change anything under 100$ as per law, even without my permission and after all this I was very offended and he offered me to take back the compressor and tire but I already wasted my time.

Richard has been my mechanic for the last 10 years with 2 different Cadillacs. He has always been fairly priced and has given me quick service, usually in and out same day. He only does what you need and doesn’t try to upsell you like some commission based mechanics. Highly recommended!
