Very dissatisfied with the way this “professional” prepared my taxes. I tried to contact him on the phone several times to obtain a status and he never returned my calls. When the taxes were finally completed, I received them in the mail (a week before they were due). It turns out, there were some issues that needed resolution. He couldn’t even call me to pre-coordinate these late issues. After filing an extension, I eventually had to take my business to another professional who corrected these issues. He didn’t have any problems charging me for failing to do my taxes. I would not recommend this person to do your taxes.
Severely overcharged for my tax return and he refused to provide digital copy of my return which he claimed was e-filed. The return was clearly saved on his computer. He claimed he provided a written note to my follow-up questions.Sent me a hand written indecipherable note which was never mailed to me and then attempted to charge me for answering follow-up questions . Do not use this person unless you want to be ripped off. I have the documentation for all of the above.
Richard did an excellent job preparing for us over the years. Timely, communicative, and professional. Highly recommend.
Not my best experience with a CPA. Communication us definitely an issue.
