Dr. Ricardo is Awesome. He is always professional. He is very thorough and takes care of my child very well. I never leave with questions, he always takes his time with us and helps us understand everything. I recommend him for everyone. You will not regret it. My child has been a patient here for 12+ years.
Dr. Urdaneta has been my kids pediatrician for the last 4 years. What I like: he is attentive, professional, humble, flexible, takes his time reviewing notes and listens to our concerns without being dismissive or rushing. What could be better: on his part not much, but On Jacksonville pediatrics associates needs to improve on its wait times (the pediatric office) is very busy and this often leads to exceedingly long wait times.
Jacksonville pediatrics always takes care of my children. The group was selected at time of birth and now my oldest is 12 years old and I am happy with the services and guidance we have received.
As a first time patient, I was very disappointed that it took close to an hour for the physician to come into our exam room. It would have been great if a nurse would have come by to at least give a heads up that the doctor is running behind and that he would be in shortly. This office is VERY BUSY! I I don’t know if we will continue our care here.
Fantastic doctor! He is amazing at what he does and uses a great method to approaching toddlers to where their not terrifed. He jokes, smiles and makes them laugh and is very pleasant
