So much help so much information that really matters... The staff the individual people that work there are very polite and professional... everything is all good
It's a great program to help the family members, such as counseling for the children, dealing with mental issues, stress, peer pressure, they provide food and clothing,which are provided on a monthly basis, they also provide public health for children , by provided them a safe place to talk about their sexual conduct and how to make better decisions about their bodies , they also provide assistance with families in a financial stress and need a little help getting on their feet , and they also partner with other resources to help the families, I recommend this service to all Duval county residents to take advantage of their school full service program , because you don't have to suffer alone , please get some help
Very poor customer service from Shante who answered the phone. My children have visited this facility in the past and it was a great experience from the receptionist to the Dr. I called today to see if I could do a walk in for one of my children. The receptionist was very nasty, and cold. This is not the time to be a rude person when someone child is sick. This one experience ruined any and every chance of me bringing my children back to this office.
