I've been a patient of Dr. Feaster for over 15 years. I've always found her to be very thorough, professional, compassionate and kind. She changed her practice at the beginning of the year to concierge and I did not hesitate to stay with her practice. After I did the math, it actually was more beneficial for me to stay with her practice, and am so glad I did. She actually listens to what I have to say, and is genuinely concerned when it comes to my health. The new practice keeps me out of those urgent care centers ($$$), as she offers same day appointments for urgent care health needs. Communication is very important to me, and the new practice makes it super easy to communicate with the Doctor herself. There is never a long wait for any kind of appointment. Her staff has been with her for a very long time, which is a good sign, and it's nice to see the same smiling faces there year after year.
Dr. Feaster is one of the best physicians I’ve ever had. She is incredibly knowledgeable, takes her time with every visit, and truly listens. I never feel rushed, and she always respects my questions and input when making decisions about my care. I always leave feeling heard, valued, and confident that I’m receiving excellent care. I’m so grateful to have her as my doctor. Additionally, she has the friendliest, caring office staff.
Dr. Feaster has been my trusted physician since February 2021. The following is why I recommend her practice: Office visits are always on time. I never feel rushed; she takes her time to ensure she addresses all of my concerns & hers. She is kind & compassionate. She doesn't hesitate in providing a medical specialist recommendation when & if needed. New prescriptions, prescription refills, lab & imaging orders are scheduled & available as needed. I am comfortable & confident discussing my health care with her. Front desk receptionist Jessie Gail & Certified Clinic Medical Assistant Becca are welcoming & professional. I first started seeing Dr. Feaster quite a few years ago when I first came to St. Augustine. I've been well cared for by her since that first office visit. She is knowledgeable, friendly, caring, and I feel very current in her medical practice with information to cover a wide range of issues beyond basic general medicine. It's a small practice but under the new current structure of Revitalize she can spend time with her patients and not send them on their way in 15 minutes. Dr. Feaster makes every effort to see that you are receiving complete medical care and if you should need labs or specialized care such as cardiology or gastroenterology, she will refer you immediately and stays connected with outcomes. I feel so fortunate to have her as my doctor.
