Restoration Experts Jacksonville

Given my last experience wasn't ideal, I was relieved that the technician from this water damage restoration service completed the dehumidification process in just under three hours and took time to explain how their equipment differed from what I'd seen before. Although there were no issues this time around, their clear communication and efficient work were definite improvements over past contractors I've dealt with.

After discovering water damage in our basement, we sought a second opinion for the structural drying process. The second provider identified areas initially overlooked and outlined a more comprehensive drying plan👍

Removing the wet drywall took them most of the afternoon, which seemed appropriate given how much needed to be replaced and their careful work around the electrical outlets. They explained that the moisture likely came from a slow leak in the overhead plumbing, and drying equipment was set up to ensure everything was thoroughly dried before replacing the drywall.

Water pooled in our basement, creating a stressful situation. In just under an hour, the team arrived and quickly set to work. Their efficiency and professionalism were evident as they pumped out the water and dried everything thoroughly. They explained each step, ensuring we were informed. Our basement is now dry and back to normal, and we couldn't be more relieved.
