We had a wonderful experience working with Laura Ranneklev during our move from Virginia to St. Johns County. Buying a home from out of state can be challenging, but she made the entire process much easier by taking the time to truly understand our needs and priorities. She was incredibly thoughtful about the homes she showed us, making sure we didn’t waste our limited time looking at properties that wouldn’t be a good fit. More importantly, she understood that finding the right home meant more than just meeting our structural and functional requirements. She helped us evaluate the communities, consider our interests, and ensure the schools would be a good fit for our daughter. Her knowledge of St. Johns County was invaluable. She shared meaningful insight into the different neighborhoods and made us feel completely comfortable and confident with the community we ultimately chose. We never felt pressured, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about finding the right home for our family rather than simply making a sale.
