It's truly a pleasure to leave this review for Matt and Naomi, who helped us find the right home for us in Nocatee. This was a refreshing experience compared to prior real estate experiences that we've had, as they only considered our needs and interests, and created an efficient process of only seeing homes that actually made sense for us. In at least a couple of instances, Matt even correctly guided us away from homes that my wife and I (as out-of-towners) wrongly thought could be good fits, and that I'm confident other realtors would have let us proceed with, in order to just earn their commission as quickly as possible. Matt and Naomi operate differently. They really wanted to make sure the house was right for us, and we constantly felt like that was their only priority. Once we did decide on the home we wanted, Matt and Naomi (along with phenomenal support and attention to detail from Amanda) optimized every step of the process, went above and beyond to get ahead of potential hiccups, and beyond all of that, also went far outside of what should be expected of a realtor, to help us with a wide variety of considerations unrelated to the purchase of the home. We have since closed and moved in, but to this moment, they are still following up with me to check in, provide suggestions about events in the community, etc. This level of genuine care and service has been completely unexpected, but invaluable and incredibly appreciated. This was a top-notch experience from start to finish, and I can't thank them enough.
In a world where the words great service has lost its meaning it is refreshing to work with professionals who clearly place service and great client experience at the top of the list. Matt and Naomi are clearly some of the best. They know their business inside out and are always available. We had a couple of challenges but Naomi was a pro and got our home sold. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. We have used them twice and if we ever have another need they are our real estate team.
Matt and Naomi deserve 10 stars. With their guidance, my husband and I successfully purchased a great property for a great price while we lived in a different state miles away, during a 'pandemic' and in spite of a strong sellers market. Naomi and Matt gracefully went above and beyond our highest possible expectations. Incredible responsiveness, persistence, patience and attention to detail. Not only did Matt and Naomi do the standard showcasing of properties, they also: - navigated COVID restrictions during showings and a virtual long-distance closing - assisted with non standard financing - found $ corrections on closing documents, in our favor, which lawyers missed - pointed us to furniture and golf cart available in our price range - obtain fair compensation from a seller who changed her mind about selling due to personal reasons - helped us settle on location - when we began the property search my husband and I were not certain the type of property: Matt and Naomi showed us likable properties beach-front, city options, 55+ retirement communities, suburbs, ALL OVER. They gave a sense of the entire area and then helped us prioritize and narrow down our selection based on goals. If either Matt or Naomi or both are your agent, we are confident you will be very well taken care of no matter what circumstances arise!
Another excellent experience with Matt, Naomi, and their staff, this time being the seller. Naomi provided a seamless and nearly effortless experience for my wife a I. From getting us on the market, creating ads, setting up an easy to use system for walk-throughs, advice, and all of the intricacies of the actual sale, we could not have asked for anything more. It was clear they had our best interest in mind. Highly recommend in the Jacksonville and Ponte Vedra area!
Having Matt and Naomi as our realtors was like having two sincere friends doing everything they could to help us. Quick to return calls, follow up, communicate, as well as incredibly kind and friendly, Matt and Naomi are truly amazing people and realtors. We both bought and sold with them and each experience was great. When we bought our home, they had the most beautiful gifts waiting for us on our new kitchen counter. That’s the kind of people they are, super hospitable and giving! We NEVER felt like we were being pressured, manipulated or lied to in any way - they are truly open and honest. They truly worked hard to see us settled in a home in 2021, and also recently helped us sell our beautiful home in a very difficult market, even helping us financially! We have come to think of them as friends and highly recommend them - as realtors and really great people.
