I had a very positive experience at Reliance Primary & Urgent Care. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Patel is a wonderful physician. He takes the time to talk to you--he looks you in the eyes. I felt that he truly listened to me and my concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his practice.
Dr. Patel is compassionate and caring, and I felt heard and acknowledged when asking for his help. The staff are polite and professional as well, and made me feel most welcome when I was in a bad place. Thank you all for a kindly, compassionate experience, I will be returning for any other needs I might have.
Dr. Patel offered a very warm and kindhearted approach when it came to dealing with our discussions pertaining to my anxiety. The staff were great in both their communication as well as making me feel comfortable as a patient.
Dr Patel was very friendly and patient with me. This was my 1st visit and i have severe anxiety issues So this really helped me. He was straight forward and helped me understand the issue i was there for and that i need to proceed with the plan to correct the problem im having. Silky the office manager was also very nice.
We have been seeing Dr. Vishal Patel for the past two years, and the service has always been excellent. The level of care is consistently high, and the entire team always shows genuine concern and compassion. We truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness we receive at every visit.
