I have been going here for about a year now. They are amazing. They always take the time to listen to you and work with you on a solution. Other places treat you like a number. I feel that they really care about there patients and want to truly help people.
Showed up for a confirmed appointment and no provider. No call. No text. No email. Very poor customer service. Appointment was made 6 month in advance. Had bloodwork 2 weeks prior and no one ever mentioned that the provider would be out at the time of the scheduled appointment. Front office acted like they tried to contact and were even slightly rude about their lack of customer service. Will find a new provider for my mom.
Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly they make you feel you are part of the family and are always willing to help you (to the best of their ability) I would highly recommend them for you medical needs!
I love everyone at Rejuvene Family Medicine! They are super nice and they make you feel right at home! I've referred several family members and friends!!
