Rehab Reps Physical Therapy

I can’t say enough good things about Rehab Reps! As a relatively new CrossFit athlete, I started CrossFit with some mobility limitations and prior knee pain issues. However, working with Dr. Shelby has made a huge difference. She has a real gift for pinpointing the root of the problem and prescribing targeted exercises that actually work. My mobility has improved significantly, and I’ve noticed a major reduction in pain when we've targeted problem areas. The whole experience feels more like a boutique physical therapy office—personalized, professional, and highly effective. Highly recommend to any athlete serious about recovery and performance!

I had an exceptionally great experience with Rehab Reps and I highly recommend them. Dr. Shelby was very knowledgeable and deeply committed to helping me achieve my goals (which was a 100% resolution of my pain and an increase in mobility and strength). She was always prepared and professional and pleasant! Communications were clear, consistent, and thorough. She helped motivate me throughout. If I need help in the future I won’t hesitate to return for more high quality care.

I cannot recommend Rehab Reps enough!! I was mid-workout when I felt and heard a tear/pop in my neck that immediately radiated through my shoulder. I honestly thought it was an injury that would set me back for a month or more, but after just ONE session with Dr. Shelby Stewart, I regained the majority of my mobility. With her continued rehab plan and prescribed exercises, I was almost completely pain-free and back to full capacity in my workouts in just over two weeks. She listened intently, provided clear guidance to keep me exercising and mobile, and took the time to educate me about my injury so I could fully understand what had happened. Her care truly made all the difference. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!
