I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Knupp. I saw her throughout my pregnancy, and she was always incredibly attentive, caring, and thorough. She truly listens to her patients, and I always felt like she genuinely cared about both me and my baby. I experienced high blood pressure during my pregnancy, and Dr. Knupp took it very seriously and monitored me closely. One night, she personally called me in the middle of the night because she was concerned about my blood pressure readings and did not want to take any chances with preeclampsia. She told me she felt I needed to go to the hospital, and I am so incredibly grateful that she did. I ultimately ended up being induced and had a wonderful delivery and a beautiful, healthy baby girl. Looking back, it means so much to me knowing how closely Dr. Knupp was paying attention and that she was willing to personally reach out, even in the middle of the night, to make sure my baby and I were safe. I will forever be grateful for the care she gave me during such an important time in my life. Dr. Knupp is the kind of doctor you hope to have during your pregnancy. She’s knowledgeable, attentive, compassionate, and someone who truly advocates for her patients.I cannot recommend her enough!

Edit after receiving a response from the practice: The practice responded asking me to ask for the practice manager. I have called DAILY for a week and NO response. It’s actually sad that this is the practice I have to rely on for my health. I feel genuinely sorry for any patient at this practice it’s almost comical. Original review: I received a referral to this practice over two months ago and still have not been contacted to schedule an appointment. I’ve called weekly for updates and am repeatedly told that scheduling is busy, unavailable, or that someone will call me back, but no one ever does. I can’t comment on the physicians themselves, but it’s disappointing that the administrative staff appears so unresponsive. Patients deserve better communication and follow-through.

Appt at 9:30, I sat in that uncomfortable waiting room and wasn’t called back until 11:15. TWO HOUR WAIT!!! Just to get a rushed ultrasound and doctor visit to say they sent all recommendations to my OBGYN. After reading my visit notes, it states patient was education on ***. However no education was provided I was only told they sent whatever recommendations to OBGYN. Overall terrible experience.

I truly hate this place. With my first, we had a concern near the end and ROC was supposed to call me to schedule, never did and I eventually just had my baby and handled the issues elsewhere. It was a pressing issue and they just didn’t bother calling. I supposedly wasn’t allowed to call them, had to wait for them to initiate since they’re specialists. Now with my second, I come here regularly since I’m “geriatric” at 36. Literally appts every week, sometimes twice a week for them to tell me nothing of note. Wait time is forever and a day, no matter the time of day. I wish I didn’t have to come as I feel like it’s just my doctor and these doctors conspiring together for more insurance money. They don’t tell me anything my usual OB doesn’t. But if I didn’t come and something bad were to happen I would regret not coming. I guess that’s how they stay in business. Preying on fear of vulnerable moms.
