I can't say enough good things about Regents Park of Jacksonville. From the moment you walk through the front doors, the facility is clean, looks beautiful, and always smells fresh. There is never an unpleasant odor, which says a lot about how well the building is cared for. My family was very hesitant about placing my mom in a nursing home because, unfortunately, many places make a great first impression but things seem to go downhill after that. Thankfully, that has not been our experience here. My mom loves living at Regents Park, and that gives us so much peace of mind. The CNAs are caring and compassionate, the nurses are wonderful, and anytime we have had a concern, it has been addressed quickly and professionally. Even with the recent change in administrators, the facility has continued to run smoothly, and we haven't experienced any problems. Knowing my mom is safe, well cared for, and treated with kindness means everything to our family. I would absolutely recommend Regents Park of Jacksonville to anyone looking for a nursing home where their loved one will be treated with dignity, respect, and genuine care.
I want to recognize Adrian for the outstanding care he provides. No matter how busy he is or how much he has going on, he always takes the time to stop and help me whenever I need him. Even on the days when I feel like I'm being a little annoying, he never makes me feel like a burden. Instead, he reassures me that everything is okay and always comes to my aid with kindness and patience. I've been in several nursing facilities over the years, and I can honestly say this is one of the best buildings I've been in. The care and compassion shown by staff like Adrian make all the difference. He truly cares about the residents, and his dedication does not go unnoticed. Thank you, Adrian, for everything you do.
Wonderful experience! The team was amazing and so kind and communicated well. My dad felt very cared for and I was comfortable that he was in good hands.
Went to visit my sister last Saturday around 1pm where I found her in bed. Had not been up and bathed or dressed. I stayed until 3pm. She never got taken to the bathroom in those 2hours, or asked if she wanted to go. When I left there were about 6 staff members in the nurses station either reading a magazine or just sitting around. Very unprofessional atmosphere. I gave 2 stars only because I want to believe that it's not this way ALL the time.
