This place is very nice. I drive from St Augustine for the Deluxe Pedicure. U will not be disappointed. Very relaxing and the staff is wonderful! Great selection of colors to choose from. I have my own complimentary pedicure box. Come check it out.
I decided to go here because of convenience and slightly better prices however I should have went elsewhere. I got a full set with gel polish and gel polish on my toes. No actual manicure or pedicure. There was polish on my toes that had to be removed. Total was 65 dollars. The lady who did my work made 4 fingers bleed with the extra coarse nail file she used. Even while seeing them bleed, she continued to file off the skin. The acrylic is very uneven on some nails and goes over the cuticle. The polish also goes over the cuticle on some nails. I'm not happy with the lengths. The thumbs are the length requested but everything else is much longer. This I could have told her as she was doing it but I was already bleeding and wanted her to be done with the filing. She put the file that she filed my skin off back in her drawer which concerns me health wise. After she painted and cured the polish she went back with a file (which is normal) however she used the very coarse one and filed the sides and cuticles again causing very noticeable scrapes in the paint. My toes are a bit better but do have paint in the cuticle and up on the knuckle of the toe. As I was checking out the other lady told me if there's anything I didn't like that I can come back and she fix it. I feel as if you felt the need to tell me that, you knew it was a bad job. I didn't stay longer and I don't know if I'm comfortable coming back for them to fix it knowing I've already been exposed to unsanitary practices.
First time here, truly feel like it was worth my time and money. Love the service, Miss Vanny made the special touch ❤️💅. I recommend here.
I recently visited this nail salon with my daughter because they advertise child-friendly services and have manicure chairs specifically for children. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Upon arrival, my daughter was seated in the children’s chair, while I was placed at the opposite end of the salon, making it difficult to stay close to her. We waited an excessive amount of time for service, and during the wait my daughter actually fell asleep in the chair. What was especially frustrating was that several customers who arrived after us were attended to before my daughter. After finally receiving her manicure, we discovered that even two hours later her nails still had not dried properly. Concerned about the quality of the service and products being used, I contacted the manager to explain the situation. The only response I received was that the nail polish was “new,” with no real solution, apology, or effort to address the issue. As a parent, I expected a salon that promotes services for children to provide a more attentive, organized, and professional experience. Sadly, this visit did not meet basic expectations for customer service or quality. I hope management takes feedback like this seriously and improves both their customer care and service standards.
My mom went in for a gel manicure about a month ago. At first, everything was fine, but after a while the gel started lifting (which is understandable). She went back to get the gel removed and the process left her in pain and her nails damaged. The lady only soaked one hand and on the other, she just started the removal. My mom said it was very painful during the removal and had to stop her a few times because of the pain. I understand that things can go wrong sometimes, but this was just amateur work. I was going to leave it at a 2 star review because my mom said the first experience was fine. However, when my mom went in to tell her that her nail is damaged and that her fingers are in pain. She brushed her off saying it's normal for your nails to be like that after a removal and showed off her own mangled nails. She wasn't asking for a refund or anything like that. She just wanted to say "hey so my nails are now like this". I have gotten my nails removed in the past (at a different salon) and so have multiple friends and family (all at various stylists/salons). NONE of us have ever had issues after a removal, much less continued to experience pain over a week later. Her nail was filed down so much that it is splitting and this leads to a brutal cycle where it gets caught on things, splits again, etc. I'd recommend being very careful if you decide to get serviced here, especially if you're getting a removal.
