Refuge Church

I’m not a fan of what I call “corporate” and “empty calorie” churches. Refuge is a great community church with substance. When you go here for the first time it feels very real and organic. The first Sunday there I was greeted right away by many of the church members and Pastor Josh reached out to me that week to ask if he could answer any of my questions over coffee or subs. I’ve been going to this church for 2.5 years (and counting) since. I can’t say enough good things about this church - you’ll feel very welcomed and desired to be there from the community and hear great preaching. They’ve got a great kids ministry that my son and family love. Plus, Refuge does a lot with foster and adoptive families as well so if you are one of those or wish to get involved with helping this community then Refuge is a must!

Such a great church! They do so much for the local community and the fostering communities. Our family appreciates it so much

Josh is a solid pastor, leader and counselor. Great sermon deliverer and makes it all relevant. He knows how to connect to people. Encourage anyone looking for a church in his area to try out a service. The folks at Refuge are great!
