Bob and his crew did a fantastic job completely transforming our house. He removed wall paper in our bathrooms, and painted all walls, ceilings, trim, and doors throughout the house. Highly recommend.
If you are looking for a company that stands behind their work, I suggest you find someone else. When I found errors after completion, Bob said, "You paid and we moved on." I hired Bob from Refresh and Renew to paint the interior walls only (no trim) of my empty new construction home and paid him $3800 for a color change from light beige to white. He wanted a key or code to the home, but I was not comfortable with that so I was in the home during the job, which he was not happy about. After the project was complete, I found drips on the baseboards and a cabinet and some areas (in the water closet, bathroom, and hallway) that needed touching up since the beige was still visible as if only 1 coat was applied vs. the 2 coats he was contracted to do. I contacted him regarding these issues and sent sample photos and asked him to return to correct them as his quote stated: "We are locally owned and operated and will be available whether you find a drip, run or error in our work or simply need a touch-up from the effects of daily living. We guarantee our work will meet or exceed your expectations." He tried to blame the movers, but the areas were in rooms where the movers did not go (bathroom) or up high on the wall or down near the baseboards. He has not returned to correct these issues, despite multiple texts and emails (many of which he ignored). I have been asking him for 4 months to come back and correct the issues. I recently received a text that said: “Why don’t you just do them yourself? I knocked off a thousand dollars off that job and I’m not gonna be bullied and harassed over this silly little point of pride or whatever this is with you? This is insanely childish and irrational.” He also was supposed to caulk around the door frames, but I have found that was also not done in all areas. If you go with him, I suggest you watch him closely as the areas that were missed or not caulked were in areas where I was not around.
Excellent interior paint job! We just had the interior of our house painted and could not be happier. The painters were easy to work with, punctual and did beautiful work. They took great care to protect our furniture and floors. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I referred Bob to friends who had some wild wall heights and his work was highly praised so when it was time to refresh my place I knew who to call. My walls look beautiful and even more amazing than I expected. I had color ideas before but the cool thing was that Bob suggested what I now consider to be the perfect color for my home and I'm so glad I took his professional recommendation. If you're looking for a painting company for a large (like my friends) or small jobs (like mine) I can't recommend Refresh & Renew more highly. Bob is such a pro you'll love working with he and his crew.
