Refinery Jax Beach

As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by an unpleasant odor—definitely not a great first impression. Despite requesting a window table with our reservation, we were seated in a high-traffic middle section, with servers and guests constantly walking past us. It felt like we were sitting on “I-95,” which wasn’t the atmosphere we expected for a nice dinner. The food was disappointing as well. The rice was hard and undercooked and had to be replaced with mashed potatoes, and my steak wasn’t cooked to the temperature I requested. Our server was the one bright spot. He was wonderful and did everything he could to make the experience enjoyable. For a $130 dinner, we expected much better. Unfortunately, the overall experience was not worth the price, especially for what was supposed to be a special evening.

August 2026: Sat upstairs. Great view. A more upscale setting but that is what makes this place great. Different vibes and menus too. No HH upstairs fyi. Becky was great. I am particular about drinks and she handled it. THC cocktails were great and the tequila she recommended was perfect. Menu is on an iPad fyi on that. Apps and entrees were all on point. Thank you! June 2026: This multi facted venue has three bars, two casual dining areas and a fine dining room upstairs. The menu is the same thruoughout but some speciality items are only available upstairs. Excellent selection of adult drinks including alcohol alternatives and functional beverages. The Mediterranian Lamb dish was amazing and I paired it with an n/a rosè win dose with thc and lions mane social syrup. Ben at the bar took good care. Thank you for your service.

Birthday dinner with my sister on the 2nd floor and it did not disappoint. Amazing beach front views, and amazing food. The bacon jam burger was incredible and the lobster corn dog was a must-try. Good service by our waiter Eric and such a fun spot to celebrate. We’ll be back!!!🥳
