Two awful experiences back to back. There’s many alternative practices in the area, I highly recommend utilizing one of those. 1) I waited almost 30 minutes past my appointment time. They charged me almost $450 for an x-ray and cleaning. Which is fine, that’s their price and not an issue. My issue is after paying they determined I needed to see a different dentist for further treatment and referenced me to a separate practice. The records couldn’t be transferred and their referee practice wanted another $500 to redo the X-rays I did at this location not one week prior. 2) My wife went for a routine cleaning after completing a cleaning at this location 6 months prior. They did not call her back until 20-30 minutes after her appointment as well. They clearly do not respect customers time; however, they will absolutely expect you to be on time. My wife is pregnant and the staff was aware my wife is pregnant. 20 minutes past the appointment time, they called her to the back and then refused to do her cleaning because she was pregnant (they can’t x ray her while pregnant). Since she was just only six months ago, and it’s unnecessary for a routine cleaning, she asked to skip the x ray and just do the cleaning, which they denied her and turned her away. As this is a relatively new practice, it is my opinion that this is clearly just a money making technique to attempt maximize income as they “grow”. They do not respect people’s time, and do not give any feedback to their decisions. They made my wife wait over 20 minutes past their appointment time (while sitting blatantly pregnant in the lobby) just to deny her services. Separately, they charged me just to have me go pay the same fee at one of their “referral practices”. You won’t miss out by trying out a different dentistry.
They were great from the initial phone call to the checkout. The dental assistant, Macy, was friendly and efficient with my mom who was a little nervous about this appointment but they both did great. Would definitely recommend.
I can’t say enough great things about this dental office! The dentist is not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly and personable, which makes every visit comfortable and stress-free. The entire staff is wonderful — professional, welcoming, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you feel taken care of. I’m currently going through Invisalign treatment here, and they’ve been extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They consistently make sure everything is progressing exactly as it should and take the time to answer any questions I have. If you’re looking for a dental team that truly cares about their patients and delivers excellent results, I highly recommend them!
The office is filled with so many nice people and their approach to making you feel comfortable and relaxed as they ask you the questions that they need answers to to make your visit as pleasant as it can possibly be going to a dentist. The team in the office works well and the dentist herself works to ensure your comfort and give you good advice as to what you should do with the problems you have. Going back I feel very comfortable and know the outcome of the procedures I will have done. Will be the best I could get. I must say I found her through Siri on my phone and she did a wonderful job for me. Thank you.
For the longest time I really didn’t like going to the dentist, I avoided going because of my last dentist. I made an appointment here and went for the first time 6 months ago and truly felt comfortable every step of the way. Every dentist, hygienist, front desk lady and generally every person I’ve met there has been so kind and friendly. I didn’t get her name but the lady in the front with the hand rest for her computer remembered me after 6 months and got me all checked in the second I walked through the door. They take the time to explain exactly what is going on, they check in on me during the visit to make sure I’m doing alright. I cannot recommend this place enough. When I am having my teeth cleaned they do a great job, and they are intricate and careful to not get my gums or cause discomfort.
