Had a great experience today at the store to get a new pair of work boots. Sonia was fantastic! There were several customers in the store and only 2 employees. They did a great job bouncing between everyone to ensure everyone received appropriate attention and was being assisted. Started with a comprehensive measurement of my feet and step. Found insoles that suited my preference. Then selected the boots I was interested in and dialed in the perfect size. Excellent experience all around!! I ended up up going with the Traction Tred Lite #1222. Super comfortable and rugged but still great in jeans.

This is a wonderful store - best in North Florida that I’ve been to. What makes it stand out is they have a massive inventory compared to other stores and most importantly their staff is exceptional! We worked with Sonia it was just a really great all-around experience— they really know their stuff here, I would drive by several Red Wing stores on the way to this one!!

I did an online order for a pair of boots for my company through Red Wing had to go in the store to get the correct size after ordering online. Sonia was huge help by getting me the correct insoles and the correct size I would 100% and just showing how you walk on your feet with the products they have is great. I recommend you go in the store if you're doing any boots from Red Wing great customer service just very good people all together very happy with my experience

The boots aren't made in USA anymore sadly and the quality shows. Boots used to last years now I'm getting them almost every 6-8. They do have a couple models still made in USA... But most the tags even one they claimed were USA made still have tags that say differently.
