I was blessed that I went there. I had heard about it but was lucky enough to have one in my own backyard in Jax. I was there on day 2 and was fortunate to meet people that were knowledgeable about their products despite the new office feel. Unfortunately they did have what I was looking for. I found it though about a week later, went there and talked with Micah. No hard press and very accommodating. I bought it that day. Usually the hardest part is the paperwork that occurs with a purchase but I must say their electronic paperwork was smooth and pain free. They detailed the car, gave extra warranty and I drove off the lot. All in all a great experience

Awesome experience, great selection of cars, and I loved the non-pushy atmosphere of the people working there. They genuinely want to help you out and get you into something you like at a great price. Thank you everyone and thank you especially to Jason and Frank for helping me out.

Very disappointing experience. I used this dealership’s website to get a trade-in value for my vehicle, and the offer seemed fair. I made the trip to the dealership because I was interested in trading it toward a Tesla, only to be offered significantly less than what their own website quoted. They refused to honor their online valuation. It’s frustrating to waste time driving to a dealership based on the value they advertise, only to be lowballed once you arrive. If they aren’t willing to stand behind their online offers, they need to be more transparent with customers. I expected better honesty and customer service. I would recommend getting everything in writing before making the trip.
