The photo session was wonderful and I felt assured about being in good hands. Our photographer was quick and caught some good moments with our kitty that was not sure he wanted to be there. I was surprised about the cost of the portraits, but don’t devalue their art at all. Just wish I could afford them all. The sales portion was very pleasant and I didn’t feel pressured at all. She helped me find a package at a price I could afford and I am thrilled.

The staff were very kind and welcoming. Our photographer was great with our dog and provided lots of treats to get his attention! We were a little confused, because we were told we were receiving a free Mother’s Day “complimentary portrait” and then ended up having to pay a pretty hefty “deposit fee”. We ended up choosing a package of 5 virtual photos instead of the portrait in exchange for them keeping our deposit. This took a lot of convincing, they were trying to push us into purchasing upgraded packages which were anywhere from an extra $500-$3,000 on top of what we already put down. It was worth every penny, and I adore my photos! I just wish they were a little more forthcoming about it not being free and costing a down payment. We also had to attend an hour long Zoom session after the free photos where we were given a “sales pitch” on upgrading our packages, purchasing larger portraits, and other additional upgrades. We didn’t know when booking we needed to attend this session, so this was a lot of extra time for us to attend (we had to take time out of work) - knowing we didn’t want to spend the thousands of dollars on a portrait or upgrades, it just felt like a waste of time that we didn’t have. At the end of the Zoom she ended up having us pick 5 virtual photos so the studio could keep the deposit and we were kind of rushed through that process - I think by then she was a little over us not wanting to upgrade. We were also frustrated, because the session was advertised as free. It seemed silly that the studio knew we were coming for a free session, and then thought we would have the financial means to drop hundreds to thousands of dollars on a portrait. Overall I wish it didn’t feel so “salesy” towards the end.. the experience before the Zoom call was awesome! I totally understand the studio needing to make money and doing what they can to support their business. I also understand that things cost money, and we were happy to provide the down payment. I just wish the service was not advertised as a complimentary Mother’s Day special when we still had to pay a deposit, and attend a meeting where we were given options that cost additional fees - it felt misleading. If you need photos and don’t have a budget or are okay spending top dollar this is a fantastic and high quality option!

We had an amazing experience with our 2 dogs! It was a bit crazy trying to get them all on pose! We were amazed at the images they got at the reveal and had a hard time selecting images because so many were great!! At our big reveal we were blown away, Ramona was excellent and helped us come up with the best images and she was very accommodating suiting our price point and budget. She was very patient and kind with us and had great advice. We can’t wait to receive or portrait! Thankyou Ramona!

This experience was absolutely amazing. Ley was so kind and patient. Very helpful when it came to posing and hair movement. She took excellent photos and made sure we had gotten all of the shots we could’ve imagined in just 1 hour. Very thankful for this experience
