By far the nicest facility and people to work with! There is no rushing and everyone is patient when unloading materials. Have been to many disposal sites, and this one is my favorite to go to!

When other companies either never answered the phone or returned my calls, or advertised their services but never actually bothered to bid on the job, Realco was a breath of fresh air. Jerry was a true professional from start to finish and took care of the bidding, permitting process, the planning stage, and project scheduling. When the demolition project was complete, the site looked spotless. Many thanks to Jerry, Ken, and the equipment operators / truck drivers at Realco.
Realco service person John is an awesome guy. He communicated with me via phone and handled all our needs for Krush Krete. It was a great experience for me. I recommend Realco Recycling they put the customer first and a priority for service. Thank again and we will be using your service real soon.
DEMO DAY !! Watched this company demolish a building on San Jose Boulevard while eating breakfast for the past two days. You are amazing. The crane operator is my new Hero. He sorted the different types of metals with the large crane as if using his hands. He used a long piece of metal horizontally in the claw of the big crane to scrape debris into a big pile 😲 Now I know why men and little boys love watching this stuff. It’s fascinating! I watched for several hours. The whole team from roll offs to the little crane taking care of the smaller demo was so efficient and organized. Now the big crane is loading the concrete pieces into another roll off. You’ll be done soon. Just wish the two palm trees didn’t have to die 🌴 The crane operator is worth every penny.. give him a raise..and no, I dont know who he is 😆 Give the whole team a raise !!
Contractors Beware. Driver put the can on a piece of grass about 100’-120’ away from the driveway. The can was for dirt removal to pour a new driveway extension. There were cones marking a portion of the driveway so the driver would know that there was fresh concrete poured on the property. Long story short the driver ran over the concrete and cut up palms that were blocking the concrete from the other direction. ,120’ away from the dumpster, that hadn’t even been curing for a week causing a large crack In the driveway. Being that this was a brand new section of driveway, as the contractor that just poured it I can’t just simply cut the section they broke and repair it to look like a patch job so now I’m forced to pay another 10 hours of labor, haul off the concrete that needs to be demo’d, and pay for the concrete as well. They had someone take a look at the job the guy called me said that he felt bad and they could’ve went about it a different way, he wouldn’t charge me for the can but they aren’t responsible because of the fine print on the ticket I signed when they dropped the can off. I won’t be using realco any longer. Apparently they put that in the fine print to make sure their drivers can recklessly drive over peoples driveway in commercial, heavy duty, dual axle trucks. axle
