Lizzie is great!!! My house had been for sell for over 80 days when I met with Lizzie. I was deciding between keeping it on the market or renting it. Lizzie was extremely professional. She came over to my house and suggested some things I should change to appeal to renters. She gave her opinion on light fixtures and hardware and even recommended a handyman. She was confident and knowledgeable about the area and the rental market. Unfortunately a few days later I received an offer on my house, had I not, Lizzie would be managing my home. She enjoys her job and takes pride in what she does. That’s who you want managing one of your biggest assets.
