I had an excellent experience here. As someone visiting from Germany, I was honestly nervous about getting my brand-new iPhone 17 Pro repaired in a foreign country. When you don't speak the language perfectly and don't know much about phone repairs, it's easy to worry about being overcharged or taken advantage of. I never felt that way for a single second. He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood what was being done. The price was very fair, and he even provided a warranty if any issue were to arise from the repair itself. My phone had fallen and the display was completely shattered. He replaced the screen, installed a screen protector, and had everything done in about 10 minutes for approximately 270$ (Iphone 17 Pro New OLED Display + screen protecter). Professional, honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about educating his customers so they know what quality service should look like. I highly recommend this shop!

I call Re- Konect to order a new glass because I thought it was broken. When I arrived here, V said that it was just my screen protector that was cracked, and not my phone. I thanked him repeatedly, because there are people out here who would have just took the phone to the back, took the protector off, and charged me $215.
