Dr. Balotescu is such a wise, kind, and insightful practitioner. He is determined to find the root cause of health issues and treat them holistically, providing treatment plans that are comprehensive, clear, and effective. I am so thankful for Dr. B and for his determination and the support he has provided me and my husband on our health journey!
I work in claims. I understand coding. This office billed us for something that was incorrectly coded. Although it was a first time visit, a physical was done as well as CT scans ordered. That should be counted as a wellness check and coded as such. I tried to clarify it with the office, but she insisted that it was coded only for established patient and did not include the physical for wellness check. BE AWARE OF WHAT OFFICES CODE YOU FOR!! That is how they rip you off and make their money!!! I will never return here and will find a new pcp!!! They also coded it as outpatient!!!! When the doctor is INN!!!! This office will scam you!!!
The entire staff here is so professional, caring and friendly. Dr B is such a breath of fresh air!! Eye contact, engaged and caring conversation. In a world where customer service is flailing and the Dr patient relationship has been downgraded... I highly recommend stepping into the next level of proper care with Dr B and his group!!!
Everyone in this office is just amazing! Super friendly and they make every visit a very pleasant one. And I think that it says a lot when you're talking about going to the doctor in my experience. I highly recommend Dr. Balotescu. He really is sincere and cares. And that is impressive.
