The office of Dr. Rappaport is top notch. Everyone that works there is happy; therefore, they radiate that happiness to the patients. They are caring, kind, and just overall excellent people. Dental hygienist Sarah is amazing. I had a cleaning and for the first time ever, my teeth didn’t hurt afterwards. Overall a great dental visit experience.
FANTASTIC dental office and team! I was recommended here (by a retired hygienist) and the Rappaport Dental team did NOT disappoint! To start, the office is warm and welcoming - soft lighting, good music, a coffee bar and friendly front desk staff! You can tell everyone takes pride in keeping the space top notch. They have 2 therapy dogs, so, if you get anxious about the dentist, give the sweet pups a pet to ease your nerves! Minda is my hygienist - She is an absolute doll and great at what she does. She cleaned my teeth so well and explained everything - she was gentle, yet thorough. Dr. Rappaport is a beam of sunshine and very kind - it’s easy to see this is a great practice from the top down. Looking forward to my next cleaning. I am new to the area and very picky when it comes to my providers - I am so relieved and happy to have found this team! If you are looking for a dentist in Jacksonville, look no further! 😃
What can I say warm friendly? The best in their field. They are a class above all Dennis. Their equipment state of the art and are only they are warm and friendly. Their hole is Environmentwarm and friendly. You’re very relaxed. Dr. Drew is just great you’lovie him really takes time to listen and understand his patience and is really concerned. It is wonderful. can’t say enough about it. Give him a try because you’re gonna love him.
I am a new patient. After being with someone else for 35+ years and them retiring,I started searching for a new Dentist. I went in for a crown but as I am preventive/ conservative Dr. Drew is also. We came up with a plan and waiting on crown. Its coming but wasn't today. Im grateful for his advise and felt very comfortable that this is my new Dental family. From front desk with Molly to Angel greeting me to Dr. Drew. Thankful for finding Dr. Drew and look foward to knowing I am in a caring,trusting place.
My dental hygienist was amazing! She’s always so professional, friendly and accommodating. I really appreciate her! I was a little disappointed that I would’ve had to make a secondary appointment just to have the actual dentist see me. I’m not used to this. When I was working with Dr. McCall, he always made an effort to see all of his patients no matter what treatment they were getting.
