This broker has booked us to deliver a vehicle and we've been attempting to get paid for two months now. Their accounting number sends straight to voice mail. The "boss" keeps making excuses and making up stories for non payment. stay away
Booked load with Jacqueline Dubose, got the rate con and an hour later she said it was canceled by shipper. Shipper confirmed load is ready and good to go. When I told her she said they needed someone closer. She plain lied because they found someone cheaper. I called and some guy told me that they've had 3 carriers fall off the load so he didnt care for wasting my time because it happens all the time. This is just ridiculous. Reading the reviews now seems like a regular thing they do. Avoid and dont waste your time.
Booked a load with Misty Foster. Was pretty surprised about the way they communicate with carriers, ask for updates and the RIGHT information they give you about the load. Looking forward to work with them in the future.
My company booked a load with Rapid logistic and they canceled the load last minute and never contacted the dispatch or the driver, they say they called the driver and notified the driver but when I asked to verified my number they didn't have my phone number, the manager refused to pay for truck not used and he said thats fine if we dont do business anymore… very unprofessional and careless this company is a joke!
Stay away! Do not book or do any business with these ppl very unprofessional and careless company does not care or appreciate the work of truck drivers they will laugh in your face after burning you.
