What started out today at 10AM this morning as a great experience turned into a very upsetting and unprofessional service. We bought our Cadillac here in 2015 and take it in for a yearly maintenance always great service and quality work. Today I got scammed. by a very dishonest service provider. I was told I need tires and a battery so I said OK. Almost 4 hours later finally got my vehicle paid the bill of over $1200.00. I asked the cashier if everything was correct on the bill and she said yes and if I wanted specifics to ask Paul, so I did. Paul looks at the bill I already paid in full and said I owe another $89.00 for the tire alignment but he had told me when I decided to buy the tires from them the alignment was free as I mentioned to him I usually buy tires from Discount Tire and it includes a free alignment. He continued to argue with me I guess because I was a woman he thought he could get away with it and maybe he lied . I asked for the Service Manager but I was told he was too busy to talk with me. I asked for the General Manager but he was also too busy to talk with me, again I guess because I was a woman they think they can disrespect you. I waited for almost 30 minutes and finally a rude man who could care less came out and said we always charge for wheel alignment on new tires, then he threatened me and told me to go as I guess he did not want other customers to hear what they did to me. Warning do not buy tires from this Cadillac Dealer as they are no longer the honest and professional family business they used to be and now I wish we never bought our new car from them. They do not value their loyal long time customers and they are very disrespectful to women. Corky used to be a service provider there and he was great always very professional and courteous. Now not only did they try to scam me and disrespect me as a woman they are disrespectful to senior citizens as I am almost 80 years old. Shame on them.

My fiancé and I recently purchased a Cadillac CT4 and we worked with Jag Jaghar who was simply the best salesperson I ever worked with….anywhere at any level. Let me explain…I broke my ankle and was confined to our home. With that in mind, he volunteered to come to our home with the vehicle and went completely out of his way to make transaction simple and smooth. He is so kindhearted that he even walked me through the blue tooth setup and made sure we understood all the electronics in the car. We absolutely love the car and Randy Marion’s dealership. This dealership is the best!! I say that with absolute sincerity. Everyone went out of their way to make my acquaintance and thank me!! All that aside the bottom line is this…..”I received a wonderful deal!!” And it was Fair for both sides. I wouldn’t want it any other way. Jag is what I would call a car consultant not a typical car salesman. He knows the Cadillac brand and he is a great Ambassador for Cadillac and Randy Marion. We already told him somewhere between 4-6 years we will be back. But fast forward, it will be hard giving up that beautiful CT4 even after 6 years I’m afraid. But you have our business forever!! Thank you Randy Marion and most of all thank you Jag!! You deserve our loyalty. Janet Malone

Absolutely amazing experience with Steve! From the moment i emailed him about the car, he was already contacting me, answering all my questions, & getting my information in order to get started on getting me a new car. I was about 2 hours from the dealer & thought doing everything over the phone would be a hassle, but Steve made the experience smooth and easy! He was always available by phone/email/text to answer even the smallest questions. 10/10 would by from Steve again.
