After spending a couple of days visiting other car dealerships and getting the runaround, Randy Marion Cadillac of Jacksonville made us feel right at home. We went in with a specific number and price in mind, and Catherine was able to help us find exactly what we were looking for. At no point did I feel like they were trying to take advantage of us or that we were just another sale. Catherine was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. She was personable, welcoming, and took the time to genuinely connect with my wife while we waited. She made the entire experience feel comfortable and personal, and you could tell that she truly cared about us as people not just as customers. Antoine was just as impressive on the finance side. He took the time to work through the numbers and was able to save us money, which made an already great deal even better. His knowledge and effort made a real difference, and we truly appreciated him working to get us the best deal possible. Both Catherine and Antoine went above and beyond, even placing a bow on the car and adding a sign congratulating us on our new car and soon-to-be baby boy. To make the experience even better, the manager also came down personally to congratulate us on our new purchase, which was a thoughtful touch and made us feel truly valued. My wife was beyond excited about getting her new car, and I was even more excited about the price! Overall, we had an amazing experience. Catherine and Antoine are a huge asset to Randy Marion Cadillac of Jacksonville, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that genuinely values its customers.
As a person who really does not enjoy the car buying experience, I can honestly say that my entire experience was nothing but pleasant at Randy Marion Cadillac. My salesman Bobby Thompson was absolutely amazing. Zero pressure. He treated me with respect and courtesy the entire time I was there. He even arranged to bring my car home for me since I came in alone. The entire process only took an hour and a half. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Bobby Thompson to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
9/5/26 I had a phenomenal experience at Randy Marion Cadillac in Jacksonville, Florida. I have been searching for a High Country Tahoe for several weeks. I called the Cadillac dealership & they had a 2021 High Country available!!! Quintell took my call. He went above and beyond by making a virtual video of the Tahoe inside & out. I would not own my Tahoe today if he had not sent the video. Then I met with Mr. Augustin to look at my financial options. Mr. Augustin was able to structure my payments to the exact amount I needed for my personal expense account. Both men helped me with incredible professionalism, patience, & respect. I came to the dealership in an 18 year old white Tahoe LTZ...& I drove out of the Randy Marion Cadillac Dealership in a 5 year old gorgeous black High Mountain Tahoe! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🧎♀️➡️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! Bobby is such an attentive and knowledgeable salesman, felt like I’ve known him for years over our car buying process. He got me my dream car for a very fair deal and the process was super easy! EVERYBODY IF YOURE LOOKING FOR A CADILLAC COME HERE🗣️🗣️
Brand new Optiq, bought on Memorial Day, second drive came back to a flat tire. No spare so waited for AAA for four hours, dropped until next day, then the dealer won't accept another dealers warranty so paid $435 for the new tire which I now have to try to get reimbursed. Starting to second guess my Cadillac purchase. This dealer even added a CC fee to make matters even worse. The new tire looks old and beat up.Will never come back here.
