Catherine is a very rude sales women. Tried to get more information about a vehicle and refused to give me any information via text. Advised she would only be happy to help if I came in. Which I planned on after getting more information. Will never do business with this company.
We were driving down to Miami from Toronto Canada and our Escalade battery completely died in Jacksonville FL. We called this Cadillac location and they were able to service our vehicle the same day. They were able to help us with a new battery and we were on our way in under 2 hours. Thank you to the nice lady who took our multiple service calls and to the person at the service stand. Outstanding customer service.
