Love the service. They are polite and open to being helpful.

Horrible location. I'm visiting from Georgia, and I never seen such horrible customer service. The lady at the register (operator 0345ly) seems like her man didn't come home or something. She was in such a bad mood, face looking evil, didn't acknowledge us, didn't greet us, didn't say thank you, nor have a good day. My daughter really wanted her items so I let her get them. But I really didn't want to spend my money here. They need to do better. Smile, you might feel better about life.

The workers that worked on March 17,2026 at approximately 2:45-3:15pm they all need to be FIRED the 3-4 gossiping young ladies that were standing around doing shipment and talking about the managers of the store and the meeting that went sour and who they didn't like and what they will do to the managers making spoken threats is insane and toxic in the workplace and is a bad look on Rainbow Stores,I was in disbelief that they were having such a conversation with customers present but that did not stop them they continued with no care in the world.Horrible experience and I won't be back it's enough negativity in the world but all that yapping and they don't even greet the customers as they come into the store which is company policy to greet the customer within a few seconds of them entering the store but they can talk about everything else,They need a new job effective immediately.
