Rainbow Shops

The most rude employees I've ever encountered. There's plenty of these stores around town, I'm going to try a different one because of Danni, at the register. She seemed more concerned with being "right" than helping me understand their sale prices. I wasn't trying to get anything free, just wanted to pick the items that are included for the prices advertised. Every interaction with her was rude and unwelcoming. She started with "are you ready now? Then put your stuff up here." And then snatched and slammed them slightly to the other side when I put it in the wrong place because how am I supposed to know where "here" is?? Then it all went downhill from there. I left without buying anything.

I don’t usually shop at Rainbow, but after my recent experience, I’m convinced I won’t be returning. The employees were rude and unwelcoming, which made my visit very unpleasant. Good customer service can make a big difference, and unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience.

Very clean and organized store staff is very pleasant
