I found Rainbow Shades & Apparel after searching for a Costa authorized dealer near me, and it was only a few blocks away. I stopped in hoping they could help fix one of the arms on my sunglasses. Nate went above and beyond. Not only did he provide me with warranty information, but he also cleaned and adjusted my glasses, making them fit and feel much better. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about helping customers. While I'm not currently in the market for a new pair of sunglasses, I was so impressed with the service that I will absolutely recommend Rainbow Shades & Apparel to my family and friends. Exceptional customer service and a great experience all around!

We recently relocated to the Neptune Beach area and had a great experience at Rainbow Shades. Nate, the store manager was knowledgeable, personable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to order different options for us and was patient as we compared styles and fit. His customer service and willingness to help made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Five star service for sure! I broke the lens in my Costa sunglasses and originally contacted Costa to see about getting a replacement. I filled out the form and said I was looking to purchase replacement lenses. They obviously did not read the whole message and told me they were not covered under warranty (I wasn’t asking for warranty coverage.) and that the lenses were no longer being manufactured. Continuing to search, I found rainbow shades, and they mentioned they stocked replacement lenses so I sent an email around 8 PM, and the next morning I had an email waiting for me from JEREMY, the area manager, that they had my lens in stock. I called him up. He promised to get them out that day, and a few days later I them in Oregon. Replacing these glasses with the closest comparison is almost $400, and I was able to get right and left replacement lens for about $130. When they arrived it took literally two minutes to replace the broken lens and I was back in business. Thank you JEREMY for the great service!
What an amazing store! Nate was so kind and helpful! My husband and I are from CT and we met a really nice guy at the pool one day who recommended this store! My husband bought the nicest Maui Jim sunglasses! We will definitely be back! Thanks Nate for all your help and for being so kind and patient!
I had a fantastic experience at Rainbow Shades today! Nate and Taylor were a HUGE help when I came in with some broken lenses in some discontinued frames. Nate worked hard to get us all fixed up. I ended up getting another pair for someone else, too, and got a great deal. Friendly people who care - yay for national sunglass day :)
