Our provider, Dr. P. Reddy, has been my daughter’s doctor since she was 3 weeks old. Our daughter is technically our granddaughter from a 21 year old adopted daughter with Fetal Alcohol Effects. That daughter does not have the ability to bond with others and became very evident that she was incapable of caring for a newborn. She was also homeless and without a job at the time of her daughter’s birth. We took our newborn granddaughter to Reddy who provided awesome care and helped to educate me on current newborn care along with suggestions. We had no insurance as she was not legally our child. (It had been 45 years since we had a newborn to care for.). We had no supplies, etc. This journey, we had hoped, would just be until our daughter became stable with job an housing. That never happened so we formally adopted Anna when she turned 3. Dr. Reddy offered to provide medical care pro bono and when she had formula, etc from venders, she gave us some as well! Dr. Reddy has become such an important part of our Anna’s health and wellbeing. We are so blessed to have her in our life.
Dr. Reddy is the best! She is always accessible and very focused on the "whole" patient. She has been caring for all of our children for years, and I wish she saw adults. Ask to pet her dog.
I had a terrible experience at this clinic. The staff are very unprofessional, they never answer the phone calls. All calls get directed to a voicemail. The doctor comes with their laptop and focuses 90% of time documenting rather than interacting with patients and the parents. I felt ignored and dismissed during the appointments. The billing is another nightmare. I kept receiving bills for services that the insurance covered already.
Not my favorite location. Front desk don’t seem to be very organized or best with customers care. Called a few times and no return phone call.
