  I went to have a muffler and tips installed. I asked for the parts that were removed to be placed in the back of the truck. A price was given. I didn't haggle I said that's great. Let's get it done. When I received the vehicle did not notice till I got home , The parts were not in the back. Monday I returned. They could not find the parts I mentioned I wasn't happy with a placement of a weld, when the tips were added they cut the pipe in the wheel well and welded it there so that when you're standing from the side of the vehicle mostly on the driver side, there's a ugly mismatch of metal and a weld visible. This is a newer truck. It's supposed to look good that's why I paid a professional to do the work. I returned Tuesday. They found my parts and gave them back except for the resonators Scott looked underneath the truck and was upset because the work would pretty much have to be redone. Reset the tips. Redo three welds on the driver side to correct the issue. I told him it just wasn't what I was expecting. It was ugly. It's a newer truck. I don't want two tones of metal and a weld being visible from the side of the truck, he proceeded to argue with me saying that he wasn't going to fix it that I would have to repay. I feel like I paid $700 and that was probably $200 more than I should have paid. At the end of the day I'm a customer that come in there and paid without issue. I was not happy with the service provided in order to make me a happy customer that would have left a positive review. It would have took three welds 3 ft of pipe and 45 minutes labor instead I was cussed at told I was picky and treated very poorly. They have lost a returning customer and anybody else that I would have recommended in the future. In order to get this corrected I now have to go to another shop and pay to have them do the work. The last thing I want to say you would think a shop working on a 2019 Silverado would understand weld placements and aesthetics. I wasn't trying to be cheap with them so it's upsetting that they're trying to be cheap with me when I think something looks bad. Trust me I don't want to waste my time driving back and forth to a shop and sitting around. At the very end I realized the resonators weren't in the back of the truck. He then told me I wasn't going to get those back. I believe he was drunk. Told me I could go look through the shop myself. At that point I felt defeated but there was one technician that I recognized that had worked on the truck and I asked him if he knew where they were and he grabbed them and gave them to me.
