I hired Rafael, Inc. to remodel my condominium kitchen which had not been updated for 40 years. I interviewed 5 contractors prior to choosing Rafael based on the courtesy, thoroughness, and attention to detail shown by the estimator Bill Mailloux during his initial visit. I visited the very nice showroom to choose flooring, backsplash, fixtures, and cabinetry from their wide selection. The contract was highly detailed with a very reasonable timeline established for completion of the job with detailed CAD drawings of the completed work based on my showroom choices. Permitting was expedited without any issues and completely handled by them. From day one, every aspect of the work from demolition to final walk through was professionally handled with no interruptions or surprises encountered. Communication was 100% throughout the process. Rafael, Inc. used Master Craftsman Ed who did a superb job of flooring, tiling, cabinetry, and painting. I am extremely pleased with this remodel and would highly recommend Rafael, Inc. to anyone who is considering a remodel or upgrade of this type.
We had a great experience with Rafael Inc. and general manager Nick throughout our kitchen remodeling project. They did exactly what we asked for and paid attention to every detail we wanted. Nick was always available whenever we needed something done or had questions, and the whole team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They made sure everything came out the way we envisioned it, and the final result looks amazing. We are very happy with the quality of the work and would definitely recommend Rafael Inc. to anyone looking for a reliable remodeling company.
The Rafael, Inc. and the professional team were polite, efficient, and did outstanding job on our kitchen renovation. And the results were impressive. Highly recommended!! Definitely hire Rafael, Inc. for our next project.
We just finished a big renovation in our home. The kitchen was completely redone as well as the fireplace and other things. I want to give a big shout out to Nick and Rafael Builders. They did a fabulous job. I knew the workers would be there when Nick said they would which is so important these days. Simon, Albert and the others were so good in all they did. I am so pleased with the outcome and have been telling everyone. We are enjoying our new home for the holidays. I love showing it off to everyone. I now have the kitchen and home of my dreams.
We are extremely happy with the renovation of our half bath by Rafael, Inc. We live in a 2-story townhouse built in 1986 with a half bath downstairs. We are not young so we decided to make alterations to provide us with the opportunity to continue to live in our home in case one of us is not able to navigate the stairs. (We have a Murphy bed on the first floor). Rafael designed a shower using a coat closet that was on the other side of the bath. This is the nicest room in our home! The workers were professional, courteous, careful and worked diligently to complete the job. Nick oversaw the work on a timely basis and Amy helped with the design selections. We passed all inspections with no issues. We highly recommend Rafael, Inc.
