I went into ratify for the first time to open a checking account. This staff is very nice.I wasn't too keen on standing at the counter to open your new account and to add my daughter.I really wish you could have went into office.I mean , because you're doing social security numbers , and it's a long process. But the job got done.My daughter is added and I have a checking account
Ana is amazing. She helped me set up my business account quickly and efficiently. Its the customer service experience like what she delivered that makes banking with RadiFi a blessing for our businesses.
My experience with Radify has been hell. I decided to put my info on an app, which is convenient for me to purchase things. I had $10 in my account and decided to purchase something. I spent most of the $10 and right afterwards I deposited money into the account. Around $300. There is an available balance and a current balance. Available is what you have NOW to spend and current is pending transactions. MY available balance said the money I deposited, was there. So I began to spend what I had available. Not current balance but available. Then bank locked my account due to multiple transactions which is great BUT, my available balance still showed I had money with the pending transactions in the current balance of what I just purchased. So on the app I pressed the button to charge and got an error. I looked at my Radify account and saw I had money in there. So I went back to the app and proceeded to press the button to charge. Again error. So I thought it might be a glitch and kept pressing the button to charge and a week later find out that the app was charging it as ACH transaction which means, charged it like a check. So Radify charged a fee of $34 for EVERY SINGLE TIME I got the error on the purchasing app. I literally pressed the button about 70 times because I was not understanding why it wasn't going through when the Radify app said I have available money. So I didn't overdraft, Radify didnt give me money or anything like that. I have a negative balance of -$509 and change which is just fees by the way with multiple more $34 returned check fees just waiting to be processed because I pressed the button about 70 times. So like a normal person, I went in to see how Radify was able to help me out. I didn't want credits or them to waive any fees. I just wanted them to understand what happened and help me sort this out. I was told that deposits I make take a couple days which is ridiculous, because the Radify app doesnt tell you this. I just see money in my available balance and am told, don't pay attention to that. Deposits are instant on Cashapp and any other accounts I have had with other banks. Okay thats fine. I wanted to know how we can sort this out. And I was told out of 7 days a week, I can not pay any of the balance on any times the bank is closed. Which means I can only pay between Mon-Fri 9a-5p and Sat until 1pm also along with the $-509 which by the way is just fees with other fees waiting to be processed, I have to pay a $9.75 or $9.50 fee each time I want to pay. What?!!! Insane! Stay away from this bank. It is way to complicated for banking when a simple person like myself keeps track of balances. If you want to throw away money then by all means go. Lastly, I was told a few different things which by far shows the unproffessionalism of this company. These are some of the things I was told "Well you were the one to put the info on the app!" Also "I have calls I have to make, are we done?!" And "Don't pay attention to what the app says" Like I was treated like a bag of garbage or like if I commited a crime or something, not like a human being. What happened to members and customers being the #1 important part of a business. Radify definitely wants your money. After all this is said and done, Radify would have made over $600 off of me just for pressing a button multiple times. No Thanks!
I recently moved to Jacksonville and was very excited about the opportunity to switch all of my banking, including my direct deposit, over to RadiFi. Unfortunately, my first experience was extremely disappointing. I waited in line for about 15 minutes around 11:00 AM, only to be told that they would not be able to help me open two youth accounts until 3:00 PM because they were too busy and the staff would be going to lunch at noon. I completely understand that businesses can get busy, but being unable to assist a customer with opening two simple accounts after waiting in line was very frustrating.I also had no idea that this type of situation could happen at a bank. I was genuinely excited about becoming a RadiFi customer, but this experience has me reconsidering whether I want to move all of my accounts and direct deposit over. At this point, I am seriously considering Community First instead.
Me and my Business partner came to this branch to open a business account. And the customer service was horrible. Immediately the branch manager rolled her eyes when we can inside and with a low irritable voice ask can she help us, we told her what we came for and she turns her back and hands up papers to fill out. Very rudely but we filled out the paperwork and once we went to give it back she said have a seat another lady will be with you. This lady TIFFANY was EXTREMELY rude! She went in the office and didn’t even invite us in once I got us and told her if she ready for us she waved us in and proceeded to lie to us and said she can’t find out business in Sunbiz. (She lied because I provided our EIN and LLC documents that Sunbiz sent us) While rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing it was clear she didn’t want our business. I’ve opened 3 legitimate businesses and NEVER had this kind of customer service experience. These people are the worse and need to be replaced. Do not give them your money.
