Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. The women at this particular bank branch are extraordinarily entitled and just plain rude. Closed my account this morning. I hope you ladies have the day you deserve
I recently opened an account at the Mandarin branch. The Ladies were exceptional in their help and explanations of my questions. I look forward to doing business with them for many years.
I want to express my profound appreciation for the customer service experience I received from Member Services Supervisor Pam Towner and the Finance Team. I qualified for a car loan 6 months ago, and-- unfortunately-- the car was totaled in an accident approximately 1 week ago. The insurance company valuated the now salvage condition vehicle; which left approximately $4,000 in negative with equity This week; and within 3 days, Pam and the Finance Team were able to pre approve me for another car loan, AND, approve a small personal loan which grants me time to eliminate that negative equity as opposed to having to pay it all back at once. I WANT TO EMPHASIZE THEY WERE NEITHER OBLIGATED TO APPROVE ANOTHER CAR LOAN, NOR GRANT THE PERSONAL LOAN. They recognized my predicament and took another chance to lend to me immediately. Pam, and team, BRAVO 👏🏽!!! Take a bow, and THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR EVERYTHING YOU'VE DONE!!!! Respectfully, R. Polite
This branch on San Jose boulevard is very convenient for me. The staff is knowledgeable, experienced & friendly. They are always helpful. M. Hall
Fantastic staff here and great loan options. I'm happy I made the switch from a bank to a credit union
