Liliana was kind and helped me start my new replacement debit card. She sent a message to another location to pick up card. I was able to go into Yulee VyStar and get my card quickly.
Penny Glass and Mitch Schwartz! Absolutely Amazing people. I came in unannounce sat down with Mitch first. He walked me through all the pros and cons of every option available to me to handle my specific needs. Once I chose the best option, Penny took me the rest of the way. Penny Glass was professional courteous, kind, patient and available every step of the way. She truly helped calm my nerves and make this process a stress free and wonderful experience. I don't know what you're paying these two rock stars, but they deserve a raise, and you should be proud to have them on the team. Thank you, Penny, and Mitch
Very knowledgeable tellers and managers. Very helpful in setting up my new accounts.
Been a member for many years and everyone is wonderful and very helpful and supportive. Mitch and Penny are wonderful individuals who have been with me every step of the way since my husband passed away a year ago. I’m proud to be a member. Thank you
I've been baking with this this Credit Union for just over a year. I have had nothing but difficulties. Today my debit card was turned off with no explanation no phone call no email because of whatever reason. It will be 7 to 10 business days before I can get a new debit card. The lack of communication between customer and service with this bank is just mind-blowing. I will no longer be using this Bank
