I had the worst phone customer service ever yesterday with Ratifi. After providing all of my account information the customer service agent said that my name was not on the loan anywhere and that they could not talk to me that they could only talk to my co-signer. I explained that I had all my paperwork in front of me with all my signatures on it and it's on my credit report as well meaning that I am on the loan. The agent kept refusing to speak to me about anything on the account so I asked them to escalate the call. They pretended that they didn't know what escalating a call meant. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they told me it would take 24 to 48 hours for one to call me back and that there was nobody else I could speak to you at that time. They were very condescending to me asking why they couldn't speak to the co-borrower asked if I was hiding something from them. I wasted my entire lunch break trying to get something done and accomplishing nothing.
I had a great experience opening up another account with RadiFi. The staff is always, pleasant, helpful and attentive. Yousef, the manager was awesome and made the process easy and did a great job explaining everything.
2:30 Tuesday afternoon I was the 2nd car in the Atlantic Beach drive-thru and waited over 20 minutes to make a simple deposit. The manager handled the transaction and said 4 people were supposed to work but only 2 showed up.
We worked with two different Redifi Credit Union branches in Jacksonville — one on Dunn Avenue and the other at the Beaches — and had an amazing experience at both! Usman Yousef is amazing and has done a great job with our request. The service was very personalized and attentive to every detail. Every time we called, someone was always there to help and provide answers right away. I highly recommend Redifi Credit Union as a trusted financial institution for you and your loved ones! We are now happy members! Thank you!
This is not your average credit union. Usman and his entire staff at the Atlantic Beach location have gone above and beyond to make me feel like their best member. I went in a week ago to cash a check from a customer and was blown away by the kindness and attention given by the staff. So much so, that I went in yesterday and opened business accounts. The last few years have been a bit rocky for me and after explaining to Usman all the reasons I probably wouldn't get an account, he told me he believed in me and my business and put his name on the line for me. A simple account opening turned into one of the happiest days I've had in some time. From the girls singing at the teller line, to the snacks at the desk and a hug to close the deal, this was a moment I will never forget. I truly feel they all care about not only the success of my business, but my success as a human being. They have made a member (and a friend) for life. Words cannot describe my gratitude for his entire staff. Any company would be better off for having them. Thank you all so so much!
