Rack Room Shoes

I have purchased shoes here every 6 months for years, typically it’s a good experience. Tonight around 6:00pm I walked in a instantly picked up on a customer trying to process a refund / return and the middle aged lady at the counter was pretty short and a little rude about the situation. Shortly after a woman and her child were looking at shoes and the woman asked the same worker if they had a different size available and she responded, “it’s whatever is on the shelf” and kind of walked away. There are signs on the shoes that advertise shipping any size to your house if you don’t see the size available in store, but the employee never mentions this. I went over to her and told her about the ship to home option because he little boy really liked the shoes. I had my own interaction at the counter checking out. I did not realize that the Nike off court slides were not BOGO and the nice young kid explained that to me. I asked if they offer price matching because Amazon had them for $30.00 and the same middle aged lady worker interjected and said “NO” rudely, then nothing else. I said, “ well that was a pretty hard NO” and she said, well people ask all the time. I told the young guy i was not going to move forward with the purchase because I didn’t care for the way that was said to me. I left the store. Do what you like with this information, but she was rude to multiple people today and not helpful.
