Rack Room Shoes

I arrived at the store I made the choices of shoes alone with my children, when I went to affect the payment it seems that I had 3 people to receive but fought between conversation. The boy who received bad checked the numbers and was super arrogant.

Was in this store not too long ago and there were two men working. Walked in the door zero greeting. One of the men was working in the shoe area, not once was I greeted or asked if they could be of service. Got a strange feeling from these two workers, so after briefly looking for shoes, I headed for the door. Again, no goodbye, have a nice day, nada! If you would like ZERO customer service and unfriendly staff, then this is the place for you!

Fair amount of shoe options for everyone and more than just one shoe in one size. Excellent staff! Titus was very accommodating with my disability and helpful towards my purchasing experience from beginning to end. Footwear it's reasonable priced and when it's on a sale it's a good sale! Will come back for sure. Only reason I'm marking down is they don't carry athletic shoes, no cleats or climbing shoes at all. If they had an athletic section it would be full service and five stars for sure.
