Rack Room Shoes

Love their buy one get one 50% off deal every day! Very good place to get shoes. Offers free delivery if your size is not in stock. Overall, it's a very reasonable shoe store. I would recommend this place to most families.

Cassie helped me and my husband pick out shoes and was very professional very helpful. She made us have a great experience. Just want her to be recognized for being outstanding employee very helpful and knowledgeable.

On August 18th or 19th, my mother and I went with low expectations to Rack Room shoes, as we generally are not the most successful shoppers. The manager was incredibly helpful and pleasant. Pulling down many shoes from high shelves and locating shoes that we asked about from ads in the store. We both came out with new shoes that we are happy with, and a lovely conversation with the manager.

Rack room Shoes never disappoints, the staff could be friendlier, but overall it’s a great environment. One thing i noticed is the quality of the shoes they sell. I bought a pair of Mid tops from the Nike store; then bought the exact same shoes from here. What i found is the shoes from Rack room were poorly made. While the Nike bought ones held strong, and lasted longer. If your looking for a good budget shoe store i highly recommend this place.
