Staff is terrible, really rude just for calling for an appointment. Go there to get put on a strong anti depressant. Get the prescription for only three months. Now he makes it too much to come in for an appointment and says you can't pay out of pocket. Now I can't sleep and can't get a new appointment anywhere for three months. Awful service money hungry and they don't actually care about your health. They care about there bottom line.
Finally found a Dr I can depend on to see me, hear me, & talk to me with honesty, sincerity, and no "big I, little U" attitude. Hope he outlives me, or doesn't move away like my last one. Plan on keeping him because I trust him & his assistant was so cute & pleasant.
Dr Toledo always concerned with his patients health . He’s takes his time and explain in aways you can understand. He goes the extra mile for his patients. Dr. Toledo have been my doctor since 2011 and I thank Jesus for him. We love you Dr. Toledo you are the best.

I was recommended by someone. I couldn't even get in to see the guy. I made an appointment and as I am almost there the office calls saying he called out. Annoyed, but I decide to reschedule for a few days later. Then the office calls the day before my appointment AND HE CANCELS AGAIN just a couple days later. The lady automatically sets up a virtual appointment as if that would be better. It's a joke.
