Having not been to the dentist in years, I was relieved to walk away with only one cavity. The staff was warm and welcoming, including Sally who went above and beyond to make my visit as pleasant as possible. Dr. Pooler was exceptionally knowledgeable and attentive, even offering to work around his schedule to accommodate mine. Outstanding care!
Horrible tooth extraction experience. Developed dry socket -6 days of complaining of extreme pain. Even came in on day 4 for a REQUESTED postop re-evaluation. Lower tooth extract pain radiated to ear and upper&lower jaw. Pooler could do little for pain management. Really sad. Day 6- FINALLY debrided, cleansed plugged and sutured closed. Most inappropriate comment after final treatment " you should get a nap in while you can", knowing the local anesthesic would wear off and little for pain management (tyl/ibu) Love Holly their office person/ hygienist. But not enough to continue seeing them. Need a dentist able to treat properly, efficiently and most of all LISTEN to the patient, showing respect while doing so. 6 days of a dry socket too long!!!! Extremely painful. ER visit wouldve been more helpful. Update: day 3 after debridement, packing, suturing closed. Pain is much more tolerable. Did visit another dentist for evaluation. Eased my mind. Patient care should always come 1st. Very sad, disappointed by this experience. The trust is gone. Missing Dr. Burnside.
Dr Quinton Pooler is very professional, but more importantly he listens to your concerns and explains things with great detail so that you can easily understand processes and options. There is a real sense of calm with that kind of care and of all places - “the Dentist”! Seriously, I would highly recommend anyone to go see Dr Pooler- first appt and you will see what I see! The staff is very nice as well which also adds to that feeling of calmness😃 PJ
Dr Burnside has been my dentist for many years. When he moved, I gladly drive the almost hour to see him. The entire staff is always helpful and ready to answer all the questions I have. The rooms are always very clean and the professionalism is always above and beyond. I highly recommend him if your looking for a good family dentist!
Sorry Q, but I have to do this…Ok I’m his mother, of course he gets a 5 star review but let me just say, he is good at what he does and is a straight shooter. He worked for corporate in the past and he’s not about all that upselling. He did one of his first few implants on me and it’s perfect! Yes I’m a proud momma but he’s worked hard to be the best he can be! I love his staff as well. They have stayed on with him from Dr Burnside. Just a great atmosphere…you won’t be disappointed!
