After the recent passing of my wonderful Dad, our family had some time to make sure his farewell was exactly what he would have wanted. Once we found the perfect cemetery, the next step was finding the right funeral home. After reaching out to several places, I came across Quinn-Shalz—and from the very first call, I knew this was the place that would truly take care of my Dad. I initially worked with Linda, who was incredible throughout the entire planning process. She was patient, responsive, and compassionate, answering every question and guiding us with care. Her calls, texts, and overall communication were truly outstanding. When it came time to finalize arrangements, we met Cory, who was just as wonderful. He made sure every detail—from the viewing to the service and cemetery—was handled with thoughtfulness and precision. We also had the pleasure of working with Mike, who was one of the kindest people we’ve met and helped make this emotional process so much more comforting. My Dad had many friends, and both the visitation and funeral were well-attended. Quinn-Shalz ensured everything was exactly how we envisioned it—from the photos and videos to the music and personal touches we created for the viewing. They were so accommodating and truly went above and beyond to make my Dad’s goodbye as special and meaningful as he deserved. I’m incredibly grateful to the entire team for their support, kindness, and professionalism. Thank you all for what you did for us—and for the comfort and care you provide to every family you serve.
Quinn Shalz has handled the services for 3 of our family members in the past couple of years. Our family is very grateful to the entire staff. Cory handled our family with the utmost respect and compassion. He becomes part of the family he is serving and makes everything perfect from the time of need until the service is complete. My father passed away this Saturday and I was so blessed to have Quinn Shalz's help me handle all of the intricate details of his funeral arrangements. My Grandparents, my Aunt, and now my Dad have all used Quinn-Shalz for their arrangements, and I and my wife will too. There's a reason why they have a five-star rating and why I am also giving them a five-star rating because they are indeed A++. Thank you so much for all you've done for my family during this extremely difficult time!
I cannot say enough how grateful I am and my family is for the compassionate and great care that was given to our family. Ilex is a true gem. She spent her time and expertise making sure our father received his final resting place in the National Cemetery with full military honors. Although he has been gone for many years, Ilex made sure it was just as heartfelt and symbolic. There are no words to express how professional and caring this was. Thank is not gratitude enough. Highly recommend to anybody who unfortunately needs these services.
7/15/2025 I made an appointment to revise my funeral arrangements with Linda Moreno/Planning Counselor on 7-15-2025. She went over my previous contract thoroughly. I really didnt know what I had purchased. I made some adjustments & added a “Celebration of Life” reception for my loved ones & friends. She made it so easy & comfortable for me. I now feel very confident with my wishes. I have peace of mind that I’ve done everything possible, planning for my end of life. I didnt want my family members to have to deal with this unpleasant but necessary task in life. Thank you so much, Linda Moreno for making this experience a comfort to me.
