I had such a great experience at Quick Lane at Garber Automall when I recently brought in my husband’s car for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally from start to finish. I especially want to highlight Tiffany Saunders..she was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was professional, a great communicator, and kept me informed every step of the way. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which I truly appreciated. It’s not always easy coordinating things like this, and Tiffany made it feel effortless. I’m very grateful for the excellent service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Car Wash & Detailing
3 Palmetto Avenue South, Green Cove Springs
Excellent service as usual. Tiffany always takes good care of the customers. They were having a busy day and despite that the job was completed before the promised time, exceeding my expectations. Recommended work on vehicles only if truly needed with no up sale tricks. Honest people/shop.
Brought my car in for the works package. Very professional business. I was impressed they sent me a video as the technician was inspecting it. Never experienced that before. Tiffany, my service advisor was outstanding! She let me know what additional recommendations for the car. She was very nice and helpful! Couldn't ask for a better experience with my car!! Thank you!!
The Quick Lane at Garber Automall team is top notch. From a simple quick oil change to your more complex auto needs, the team is always looking out for you. Tiffany and the rest of the crew are top notch! I would not take my automobiles anywhere else! Thanks team for all you do to keep us safe on the road!
Gavin Rayes at Quick Lane was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive in getting my truck serviced. I had truck trouble shortly after leaving shop..Gavin had me bring it back to get tech to clear up some error codes. Had service to ck truck. Gavin made arrangements for loaner while truck being diagnosed. Very considerate and thoughtful. Went above expectations to get me home safely. Need more folks like him. Great attitude.
