  Very disappointed. Initially, I loved working with the male nail specialist. He was professional and did a good job with gel x the first few times I went there. I brought my two teenage daughters there for their graduation/ 8th dance nails. Unfortunately they couldn’t use the nail tech I typically go to. They used two female nail specialists. They both got gel x tips. Their nails didn’t even last 5 days. For daughter 1- First a nail tech fix the broken nail. Then two more broke the next day. I brought daughter 1 back for the 3rd time and this time they didn’t even fix the nail to the same colors she originally got. A day later two nails completely came off and pulled her real nails off. Then my second daughter’s nails started breaking off. I wanted to get a new set because I had already been there 3 times in 4 days. I couldn’t keep coming back every time a nail broke. They refused to do a new set or refund the money for daughter 2. They said it’s her fault her nail broke, however the gel x tip was thin and that’s the reason they snapped off. My daughters were not in sports nor were they being aggressive with their nails. I explained how disappointed I was to the staff in the most respectful way because I didn’t want to cut ties. I gave them the opportunity to make it right multiple times. They completely disregarded my efforts, time and money I spent there. At this point I filed a claim for a full refund. I have attached photos below. I would not recommend coming here and spending money. Unfortunately I will not be back.
